Apologize and Big Change

In past years, many users complainted about our shipping. Yes, shipping was our big issue. The reason of delayed shipping was we had broken warehouse system. The products were not found while the software showed there were many in stock.

I apologize for that issue that caused shipping delay to users.

We decided to fix that issue from Dec of 2019.

In Jan 2020, we have made an inventory of all products and now the inventory record is clear and matches the products in warehouse well.

From now all products will be packaged on the same day of payment and pass to shipping company next day except the holidays.

Addtionally we've got two new shipping services to resolve the slingshot shipping delay caused by turmoil in HongKong and Spain since November.
One is in use, the other as backup. So by this way, we minimize the delay of slingshot shipping.
