creative mechanism

A decent slingshot and creative projectile mechanism. I begun shootting slingshot 15 years ago, it's my first time to see a design like this. Just feel like shooting a compound bow. It's such a pity that it not include a manual . It took me 20 minutes to finish the assemble although it's in fact easy.

sighting dots for AgileSteelHero

1) Are the sight dots of the "Steel Hero" aligned to one distance or, can they be adjusted to different distances?
2) Can you shoot with tubes on the "Steel Hero"
