please find a 3.5g colorful metal lure for me, here the perch, and small trout love the colorful lures
It's a very good lure. I switch between fast retrieve (wide tail movements) and slow twitch (similar to walk the dog movement). It works with bass, and I think it will work with trouts too. Nevertheless the overall structure doesn't seem so solid
Nice rod with more backbone than the softer glass rods (Lemoren & Aioushi) offered on AliEx. Finishing is not bad except for some yellowing in the first joint—think it's the epoxy. But it's internal and not external. I bought this for fishing Peacock Bass (we don't have trout or streams here), and I caught a 2.5 pounder on first use. The cork handle I chose was a different one with three rings. Payed a little more for it. Paired the rod with a red modified MingYang also from DanKung, and I think the setup looks great. Hope to catch lots more with this setup :)
I just received it, was well packed and waiting time was very short. Many thanks to seller for the good communication and consideration. The rod is very well made for the money and it performs exactly I was expecting.

I start my review on the Glassfin rod that I purchased, by saying that I'm more than satisfied with this product. It is exactly what I was expecting the blank is right as described moderat fast and it loads 2 gr lure with ease. I haven't got the chance to try it in trout fishing, I will next month, but I did tried it on short street fishing around my home and I managed to catch some perch and small zander. I also shared my thoughts on it with my friends and on the Facebook group called BFS BUDGET FINESSE FISHING, which is growing every day, more bfs users joining daily.
Thank you very much for this rod, keep up the good work.
I mainly fish creeks and streams. Main target is trout but also enjoy catching panfish too. I have not had much time on the water with the rod yet fully give an deep opinion. The times that I have used it has been a pleasure. Flip casting with the rod seems easier and smoother. You guys are right about the rod, that a rod needs some back bone to flip cast more precise. I fully enjoy the rods that I have purchased. Craftsmanship and quality is top notch. Components are good for the price of the rods. One of the best bang for your money for this particular fishing style. I highly recommend the product and company. Thank you
I am a fan of JDM too, but I have to say neither benkei nor the sierra finesse are very good for as low weights as 1/32 oz. Your 1/32 trout tubes, plus the weight of jig, should be 1.2 to 1.4 grams. I'd recommend the KUYING Teton 632UL, 602Ul or SHENG HE XHU long rod, the best should be NS FISHING high end UL rod. They are all long rods specially made for casting 1g to 4g lure. product links as below

Hi,I love walking along the path next to open water for very small trout fishing. I am a fan of JDM, and like UDM(US domestic market) tackle too. Anybody info on comparison of the majorcraft benkei 6' 5"± UL/Bf one piece rod (1/32-1/4 oz) to the dobyns sierra finesse 700? Which can cast 1/32 better? I need to cast small lure long-distance. some guy here use a 7'7" UL spinning rod. So that is the reason i was looking at a at least 6'5" rod for long distance casting
It's aesthetic glossy green fly rod, medium-fast action. I use it to fish dry flies, wet flies, and nymphs, which are still the three lures that I catch the most fishes. I pair it with Airflo Trout Fly Line, This rod just performs very well with all fly fishing lures except heavy streamers.
I was probably the most early user of GLASSFIN rod, I ordered it 2 years ago.
For me, the Glassfin rod is a very good small-middle trout rod on small creeks to medium rivers.
I also have a Anglo rod(luckily I got it at only 550 dollars, now the price doubled). In terms of performance , it's closed to anglo, just keep improving it from current baseline towards the best trout glass fishing rod. About comparison to another famous glass rod, the major craft major craft finetail glass rod, Glassfin in fact is quite different rod from Finetail glass rod which is more like a graphite rod although it's named as 'a glass rod'. So from a glass rod standpoint, Glassfin is much better than Fintail rod, on recovery, casting predictability, lure twitch, accuracy, hooksetting etc. Wish DANKUNG make new editions of GLASSFIN rod for larger trout, maybe a pure glass material can not do this, a blend of graphite and glass or boron material must be using ? I am not material expert, just share the ideas & advice.
