I like the looks of this http://www.dankung.com/Gcontent/440-stainless-steel-cold-bending-flatban... flatband slingshot i will give it a try as well, i think it shoot ott the main reson i still don't have a flatband slingshot coz they just can't change to different flatnad setup on the fly like loop band slingshot dose. loop band slingshot are just convenience for changing different loop bands setup..
They are :

I gave them a try after seeing a youtube video of a guy who was reviewing one of them and was impressed how comfortable and precise it is and changed his dislike for flatbands. He mentioned that he had in general accuracy problem with flatbands and preferred tubes for consistency but he found that with thin fork tips flatbands behave similar to tubes and give him accuracy he wanted. He liked ergonomics of http://www.dankung.com/Gcontent/platinum-flat-rubber-band-slingshot_1695... the most but I prefer metal over plastic and this two are similar in shape to plastic one. I like this two so much I rarely use them to keep them in premium condition. They should fit 23mm even if rod have smaller circumference than that, its not a problem since band just wrap around it and during tension roll into a semi tube shape. I dont know what they called, when fully wrapped they similar to pickle fork slingshot in size and handle but still have fork width to pass an ammo with no elevated danger to shooter
47-flatband Through The Fork (TTF),support tube too($49)Buy this at Hot selling hunting slingshots
Hello Mate, in the slingshot collection photos you posted at the second roll from the left, 2nd and 3rd slingshot i understand they are for flat bands how do they shoot like? would the head fit 12mm to 23mm tapered flat bands and what do they actually call in english?
Thank you! we will consider your advice.
Advise for Dankung
I assume this promotion is to find out which slingshots are in demand. Dankung please make some flatband Through The Fork (TTF) slingshots, this method of attaching the bands supposedly is most accurate for shooting, I cant wait when there will be non plastic or aluminum metal TTF slingshot on a market
Good for hunting and slingdart fishing :)

2040 tube: i use it with no frame setup, 15 inch lenght and 8mm ball bearing..great for plinking..
1745 tube: i use it for my ergonomic dancing dankung, loop band setup or tapered setup with 10mm ball bearing great for hunting bird and dart fishing..
Oh..ok..I was thinking no way 1632 can't carry the 10mm to 15m with nice power, coz as far as i can understand if any one wanted to use 10mm to hunt 2040 are minium or move up to 2040 Cocktail than 1842 or 1842 Cocktail, if still not Satisfied can go 1745 and no 1745 cocktail coz itz Very Very Hard to pull even for my 28-30" short draw.
I only shoot on targets, never hunt with slingshot.
After 15m the 10mm steelball start to dropp down to much.
Arrived today with 1842 loops attached. It's super smooth; slippery even. So the first job was to wrap it in some black handle fabric and then take aim and shoot.
It's an amazing slingshot for a number of reasons. The weight feels reassuring in the hand; not too light and not too heavy, just solid.
The fit in the hand is perfect. I don't have to overstretch the thumb and forefinger to brace the forks and the bottom of the slingshot finishes at the base of my palm. It's larger than I anticipated but is probably more comfortable because of this as there is a little more to hold.
There is a gentle curve along the length that means you can keep a straighter wrist when shooting; it's very very subtle but helps to make shooting more comfortable (that word again).
The distance between the forks is great for shooting gangster style. For me the anchor point is natural and I don't feel the need to be thinking consciously about raising or lowering where I anchor the pouch which would suggest that the width of the forks is ideal for me. I have also tried shooting it in the upright position and found the reference point pretty fast but I think gangster style is more instinctive with this frame.
The 1842 looped tubes felt strong on this frame and were pretty zippy. You could easily use larger tubes but with that comes more draw weight and as a result you find yourself having to grip the slingshot harder which can leave your hand fatigued sooner than either using a smaller draw weight or a frame with more volume.
I intend to get some plugs to try some flat bands next.
It's easy to conceal in either your hand or pocket.
I think this will probably be my go to frame from now on for all the reasons above. The one thing to improve the use of it when you receive it is to wrap the handle.
