I used tube band, then cocktail tube band, theraband series and now SHESHOU band. Don't have a chronography in hand, I don't know the exact number how fast a slingshot shoot, but I am quite sure the SHESHOU band is the fastest among all bands I used. SHESHOU guru flatband
